The Rich Text Format (often abbreviated to RTF) is a proprietary document file format
developed for cross-platform document interchange. Most word processors are able
to read and write RTF documents.

RTF forms can be printed as blanks or after filling them in.

Instructions on how to fill in a RTF form are often included in the form itself.
